SHRI B.L. JAIN

Chairman

He did his B.Sc. from Rajasthan University in 1972, securing a merit rank, and pursued MBA from BITS Pilani in 1974. His vast knowledge and pursuit of excellence helped him rise to leadership positions across composite and synthetic textile mills, yarn, and fabric export units in India and abroad. His foresight led him to establish a technical textile unit, a spinning unit, and later diversify into warehousing. Widely respected, he is actively engaged in social and philanthropic organizations and has also served as consultant to the Chhattisgarh State Government on various industry-related panels.

SHRI RAHUL JAIN

Educated at Rajkumar College, Raipur, he graduated from Sydenham College, Mumbai and went on to complete MBA from Leeds Business School, U.K. in 2000. Closely associated with the group’s activities, he has been pivotal in driving the textiles and warehousing businesses to newer heights. His leadership blends global exposure with local insight, positioning him at the forefront of operations. Actively engaged in community service, he is a Rotarian and also serves on the Management Committee of ATDC College, Raipur, a Central Government Institution committed to skill development.

SHRI VIKRAM JAIN

He completed his B.Sc. from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and MBA from International School of Business & Media, Pune in 2003. He has been the driving force in setting up the technical textile division of the group, pioneering innovative nonwoven products that have gained industry recognition. His strategic vision is focused on modernization, technological upgradation, and capacity expansion, ensuring the division remains competitive and future-ready. Under his leadership, the company continues to develop cutting-edge solutions for the growing technical textile sector in India and abroad.

SHRI VIPUL JAIN

A qualified lawyer from ILS Law College, Pune, he also secured national rank at Company Secretary Foundation Level before completing Masters in Law from Oxford University, U.K. His expertise spans law, corporate governance, and strategic management, enabling him to spearhead the group’s expansion in spinning, warehousing, logistics, and supply-chain solutions. With focus on world-class inventory systems and material handling facilities at key locations, he has positioned the company as a trusted partner for clients. He is also actively engaged in building strong corporate governance and professional excellence within the group.

SHRI ADITYA JAIN

A graduate from Cass Business School, London, he is driving the group’s growth through business development and international sales expansion. He manages key relationships with corporate buyers and global partners, focusing on building trust and long-term collaborations. With hands-on involvement in exploring new markets and shaping the group’s overseas strategy, he represents the next generation of leadership - bringing fresh perspective, international exposure, and a strong focus on execution to the business.
